Piura - At the end of the semester at the University of Piura the students have a week for letting off steam. The Olympics is seven days of games, events and - of course - a parade. Each department in the school has a color, chooses a theme, a queen and then marches through the city in high reverie. The energy is infectious and you wonder what they would be like if they had a great football team.
