Lima
– Like any modern city, Lima is changing every day. The steady beat of construction can been seen and heard across the urban landscape with odd differences. For many American cities, the pace of progress can be seen by the number of large cranes stooping over the skyline. In Lima, the tasks performed by similar machines are done by hand. Bricks are carried by hand and large items are hoisted by pulleys. The methods don't seem to limit the speed of the progress at all though.
