– The
sun sets slowly into the Oceano Pacifico across the beach at Colán in northern Peru. I spent the weekend at a little resort called "Sunset Bay" run by an American couple from Oxnard, CA. Talking to Scott, the owner, as he served me another Cristal (my prefered Peruvian beer) I asked what was the best part about Perú. "The sunsets," he said, without a moment's hesitation. "These are the best sunsets in the world." I have to admit - he has a pretty good point.
