Bogata, Colombia – The Catedral Primada and Plaza de Bolivar is the heart of Bogota's capital. The the first mass in the city following it's foundation was celebrated here in 1538. Although construction was begun in 1565 it was not completed until the late 19th century due to numerous setbacks including a major earthquake of 1785.
