de Dios, Peru –
In September of 2005 the leaders of Peru, Bolivia and Brazil met in this
tiny jungle town to commemorate the start of final portion of an Inter-Oceanic
highway. When completed in 2009, will connect the Atlantic and Pacific
oceans across the heart of the continent.
