Colombia - The streets of the La Candelaria section of Bogota
are a maze of ascents and descents and brightly colored - if eclectically
angled - houses. This old section of Colombia's capital was once a staid
bastion of conventionality where plain white walls were almost obligatory.
It's now a haven for artists, expats and a few long-time residents.
